The service
It starts with the chemical list
No coating resists every chemical. Resistance depends on which chemicals are involved, how strong they are, how hot, and how long they sit on the floor before they're cleaned up. A floor that shrugs off diesel might not cope with a strong acid, and a splash is very different to a puddle left overnight.
So the first step is always a list: what's used or stored on site, how spills happen and how the floor is cleaned. From there the coating system is matched to the exposure, and the prep is planned so it bonds to sound concrete.
Bare concrete is porous and some chemicals attack it directly, so a well-chosen coating protects the slab underneath as well as making spills easier to clean up.

Is epoxy chemical resistant?
Epoxy resists many common chemicals, including oils and many cleaning products, but resistance varies by formulation and by chemical. For harsh or specific exposures, the system is matched to what's actually on your site.
What do you need to know to quote?
A list of the chemicals used or stored, how often spills happen, how long they might sit, and how the floor is cleaned. Safety data sheets help if you have them.
Will the coating protect the concrete underneath?
That's a big part of the job. A coating chosen for your chemicals keeps them off the porous concrete, as long as it's kept intact and spills are cleaned up as recommended.
