The service
The floor is part of the hygiene plan
In a food business, the floor is part of the hygiene plan. Cracked tiles, broken grout and bare concrete all hold moisture and food waste where cleaning can't reach. A seamless resin floor takes those hiding spots away and leaves one continuous surface that can be scrubbed and washed down.
The right system depends on what happens on the floor: hot wash-downs, fats and oils, cleaning chemicals, trolleys and dropped equipment. Wet areas need grip, and water needs somewhere to go, so falls to the drains and the way the floor meets walls and plinths are part of the conversation from the start.
If you're working to an inspection or a fit-out deadline, tell us early. We'll plan the job around when the kitchen can close.

Anything not covered here, call 0421 443 213 and ask.
What makes a floor hygienic?
Mainly that it's seamless and non-porous, so there are no joints, grout lines or pores for moisture and food waste to sit in. It also has to stand up to your cleaning routine and chemicals without breaking down.
Can you coat over our old tiles?
It's usually better not to. Coating over loose or drummy tiles traps the problem underneath, and grout lines can show through. We'll look at what's there and tell you honestly what needs to come up first.
How long will the kitchen be out of action?
It depends on the size of the area, the repairs needed and the system chosen. Faster-curing systems can shorten the closure. We'll give you a realistic timeframe at the quote so you can plan around it.
Can you do the cool room at the same time?
Yes. Cool room and cold storage flooring is one of our services, and doing both together often means the business only has to close once.
