The service
Lines that tell people where to go
Good line marking tells everyone where to walk, drive, park and stack. In a warehouse it keeps forklifts and people apart. In a car park it sets out bays and traffic flow. In a workshop it marks machine zones, walkways and areas that need to stay clear.
Lines can go onto bare concrete, onto an existing coated floor, or in as part of a new floor coating. Marking at the same time as the floor is coated saves a second round of disruption later.

The surface under each line is cleaned and prepared so the marking bonds.

Set out
Lines, bays and zones are measured and set out on the floor.

Mark
The marking is applied along the set-out lines.

Cure & open
The lines cure before traffic runs over them.

Can you line mark over an existing epoxy floor?
Yes, as long as the existing coating is sound. The lines need a clean, prepared surface to bond to, just like the floor itself.
How long does line marking last?
It depends on the traffic, the surface and the marking used. Lines under forklift wheels wear faster than walkway edges. We'll talk through what suits your traffic at the quote.
Do you mark outdoor car parks?
Yes. Car parks are part of our line marking work, along with warehouse aisles and work zones.
